1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The customers are entitled to the return of the products if they present defects or other non-conformities related to the ordered items.

The return can be accomplished in a period of 30 days after the notification of the defect and the product must keep its identification label. The vendor will analyze the returned product and inform the user about his/her right to the refund (if it is the case). As a rule, the vendor accomplishes the refund within 10 working days and, in any case, within 30 days, counting from the confirmation date of the right for a refund through e-mail.

In case the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as a justified motive of return, the total amount paid will be refunded.

The refund of the paid amount will always be done using the same payment method used during the purchase.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

2. RETURN DUE TO WITHDRAWAL

In case he/she is not satisfied with the supplied products, the customer can return them within 30 days after receiving them. However, the right for return only happens when the products:
a) Haven’t been washed or used (unless the product has the opposite information). The customer has the right to try the products to test the size, but cannot use them.
b) Remain with their original features and the package isn’t damaged (the packages that are carefully opened aren’t considered damaged).
c) Are complete (e.g. both items of a pair have to be returned).
d) Haven’t been changes and maintain the identification label.

 

3. RETURN OF PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Personalized items cannot be returned.

 

4. RETURN OF GIFT PRODUCTS

The return of a gift product must be done by the person who offered/bought it. In this case, to return the product, you should contact the person who bought it, so that he/she can return it, according to the return conditions, due to defect or non-conformity or due to withdrawal.

In case the defect or non-conformity is confirmed with justified reasons for the return, the total amount paid will be refunded.

The refund of the paid amount will always be done using the same payment method used during the purchase.

 

5. EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM

In order to Exchange one article for another, please follow the following steps:

HOW TO PROCEED:

REGISTERED CUSTOMER

1st STEP: FILL IN THE ONLINE RETURN FORM:

  • Go to the store site and click on Login.
  • Select the option My account and then Shopping History.
  • Click on Details and after on the Return/Exchange button.
  • Choose the items you wish to return/Exchange and select one of the 3 options.
  • Confirm the address where the order should be picked up and, in case you are returning and you have already paid through a transfer, give us your NIB so we can accomplish the refund.
  • Click on Continue again.
  • Go to the store site and click on Login.
  • Select the option My account and then Shopping History.
  • Click on Details and after on the Return/Exchange button.
  • Choose the items you wish to return/Exchange and select one of the 3 options.
  • Confirm the address where the order should be picked up and, in case you are returning and you have already paid through a transfer, give us your NIB so we can accomplish the refund.
  • Click on Continue again.

Note: In case you are returning several items in the same order, you will have to return or exchange them at the same time. After requesting the return of an item from an order, our site will not allow you to accomplish another exchange or return.

2nd STEP: PLACE THE ITEM IN ITS BOX

  • You can use the original package where you received the order or another carton box, as long as it’s not damaged. In case you use the original package, empty it and place only the item you wish to return.
  • Close the box and seal it with tape.
  • If the box has any label, stickers or other material from former shipping, remove them and glue the Return sticker that was delivered with the order.

3rd STEP: COLLECTING THE ITEM

The shipping firm will go to the provided address to collect the item (the collections are not accomplished on holidays and weekends).

4th STEP: REFUND

After receiving and analyzing the product, the vendor will inform the user about the refund he/she is entitled to (if it’s the case). The refund of the paid amount will always be accomplished using the same payment method used during the purchase.

 

NON-REGISTERED CUSTOMER

In case you have placed your order as a non-registered customer, you can start the return procedure through the link sent through the Shipping Confirmation e-mail and go on with the rest of the process.

Note: In case you are returning several items in the same order, you will have to return or exchange them at the same time. After requesting the return of an item from an order, our site will not allow you to accomplish another exchange or return.
