2. CAN I ORDER PERSONALIZED SNEAKERS? HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?
Yes, it’s possible to order personalized sneakers that are absolutely unique. If you want Ubber White sneakers designed exclusively and only for you, you should contact us and provide us some information, namely the theme you intend to use, favourite colors and the choice of one of our resident artists.
A personalized order corresponds to a very particular creative process. After receiving the order, the customer should receive a creative proposal from the artist (design) through e-mail, within 5 days in average. Once the creative proposal is approved, the payment of the order must be accomplished and only after this is done (the payment), will the order be produced and sent within 5 days.
You also have the possibility of requesting a digital reproduction of a personalized project. The ideal would be to inform us of your intention at the moment of the request of the personalization.
Special projects are subjected to a specific study and budgeting for each case.
3. HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
On the online store Ubber White you can find a size guide, which you can download, with all the existing sizes, according to each number. That allows you to be sure about which the most correct size to order for your feet is.
4. CAN I ORDER THE SAME SNEAKERS IN DIFFERENT SIZES?
No, each pattern created by a specific artist is original and corresponds to a unique sneaker size. The same happens in the case of a digital replication.

6. DELIVERY DEADLINES
The payment must be accomplished by the customer until 5 days after the order has been placed. Only after the confirmation of the payment, will Ubber White accomplish the shipping of the order, through post. There can be an interval of 5 days, in average, between the reception of the confirmation of payment and the delivery of the order to the customer. The faster the payment is, the faster the delivery will be.
7. CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes, except the personalized products.
An order can be canceled, since it hasn’t been sent yet. To do so, you can request for the status of you order in the customer area or through Ubber White’s contact e-mail, requesting the cancellation of the order. If possible, the cancellation will be carried out without any costs and the value paid will be refunded through the same payment method.
The personalized products can only be cancelled before the approval and payment of the project.
8. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE NA ORDER?
Yes, the returns or exchanges are possible, respecting each order’s specifications. For more detailed information, check the regulation of the Return Conditions.
8.1. Can I return a personalized product?
No. A personalized product is created exclusively and only for one person. Thus, it’s crucial that you are absolutely sure about the size and the approval of the developed creative project.
After approval and payment of the order by the customer, the product will be produced and it can never be returned, unless it is damaged proved to be Ubber White’s responsibility.
9. DO YOU SELL TO THE WHOLE WORLD?
Yes, Ubber White sells to the whole world, since the customer bears the shipping fees according to the destination country. The refered fee will be added to the total amount to pay at the moment of the order.
10. IS THE SHIPPING FREE?
Generally, the shipping fee varies according to the destination country. However, Ubber White will indicate a minimum value for each country or campaign, according to which, the shipping of an order can be for free.
